Refund Policy

If a file won't open, is missing, or the product isn't as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase.

We'll fix it or send a replacement. If we can't, we refund you in full.

Because files are delivered instantly, there are no refunds for a change of mind.

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
